Delaware beaches and state park passesDelaware public beaches are free—no towel tags apply as found for beaches in neighboring states—plus a high number of our beaches are part of the state park system. Your annual pass is valid for free entry to all Delaware State Parks charging a vehicle entry fee—unlimited year-round entry without having to stop and pay daily entrance fees. According to the Delaware State Park website, the only exceptions are the Brandywine Zoo at Wilmington State Park and the ferry to Fort Delaware State Park. At Fenwick State Line Beach, the annual pass grants free entry but a parking fee is charged.
