"Think about it, if someone from New Jersey now paying real estate taxes of $10,000 or even $20,000 per year moves to Coastal Delaware they will probably only pay $1,000 to $2,000 in annual property tax" That's a lot of cash. That’s a lot of cash. Our property tax here in Reno is about $1,000-$4,000/year. Makes it look good compared to Jersey!

Obviously that will happen in a couple of phases as Bill fits us into his schedule; he has gotten very busy in the past 6 months which is a good sign I think in the housing market. When people start updating and renovating their homes, it's usually a good sign that they are feeling more confident. Are you thinking of a rehab project to keep for yourself or to sell? Hi Bob,
