Buyers, don’t miss out on Delaware’s Home Resales! Many people today are looking for new homes and sometimes some real bargain properties get overlooked! Often times, builders and their new home sales people refer to “resale homes” as “used homes.”
Now don’t get us wrong, we understand that it’s their job is to sell you a new home – we get it. But don’t you wonder if they ever stop to think,
“that used home” is more than likely a home that “they (that very Builder) just built a few years ago in the same community, no less! I do hope they are not suggesting that the earlier homes “they built” are no longer considered comparable after just a few years of gentle home ownership.”
Anyway, the point is; resale homes have some very distinct advantages and you should not just dismiss them just because of all of the builder’s marketing hype. What is that old saying? — Contempt prior to investigation
